Napad u Nici u kojem je prema dosadašnjim podacima poginulo najmanje 84 ljudi, a više od 100 ranjeno, francuske vlasti ocijenile su kao teroristički čin i pod istragom je antiterorističkih jedinica. Francuska je od sutra u trodnevnoj žalosti zbog žrtava, vanredne mjere bezbjednosti u zemlji produžene su za još tri mjeseca, a mobilisane su dodatne snage vojske i policije.
